What is FivexL Infra Clinic?

Infra Clinic is a monthly program for startups building on AWS. Each month, we choose one startup and spend four weeks inside their real AWS environment – reviewing architecture, security, costs, and delivery, and helping implement the most important fixes.

It’s not a theoretical audit or a sales demo. You get help of AWS certified cloud specialists, plus our AI Infra Agent working alongside your team: answering questions, shaping your roadmap, and unblocking infra problems that slow product development.

Instead of a consulting fee, the selected startup makes a €100–500 donation to Lastefond, a foundation supporting seriously ill children in Estonia.

Every startup that applies – whether selected or not – gets a free AWS discovery call with tailored advice and a clearer view of their infra risks and priorities.

Why only one startup per month?
We dedicate a full month of hands-on support to each selected startup. This ensures deep engagement, meaningful results, and the kind of attention that wouldn’t be possible if we split our focus across multiple companies.
What happens on the discovery call?
We’ll review your current AWS setup, discuss your biggest infrastructure challenges, and share tailored recommendations — whether or not you’re selected for the full clinic. Every applicant walks away with actionable advice.
What if my startup isn't selected?
You still get a free discovery call with our team. We’ll give you honest feedback on your infrastructure and point you toward resources that can help. You’re also welcome to reapply in future months.
Why is there a donation required?
The donation goes directly to Lastefond, a foundation supporting seriously ill children in Estonia. It’s a symbolic contribution that lets startups give back while receiving expert help — and 100% of it goes to the cause.
Who should apply?
Early-stage startups building on AWS who want to improve their infrastructure, reduce costs, prepare for compliance, or just get a second opinion from experienced engineers. If you’re unsure, apply anyway — the discovery call is free.
